Supporting You

Crafting Workshops

By encouraging creativity and community, arts and crafts programs help improve overall quality of life during and after cancer treatment. Craft classes offer more than a creative outlet for people affected by cancer, they provide emotional support, relaxation, and a sense of achievement. Taking part in creative activities can help reduce stress, build confidence, and encourage social connection with others who understand similar experiences. By focusing on creativity rather than illness, participants can rediscover enjoyment, purpose, and community in a supportive environment. The Centre offers a variety of craft classes like flower arranging, jewellery making, decoupage etc.
