Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation combines mindful breathing and meditation. This is an effective workout for the mind, and the concentration involved allows you to block out stress for an hour and a half.

This class can be the “me” time we all look for. The practice involved using the mind to focus your attention, regulate breathing, and develop a non-judgemental awareness of thoughts and feelings to achieve inner calmness, physical relaxation, psychological balance and improved vitality and coping.
