Improving well-being through Art Therapy

This 6 week course will provide you with an opportunity to explore and understand the connection between the mind and body through the expressive medium of art in a group setting.

Art therapy can help to improve coping mechanisms and improve quality of life after a cancer experience. The art therapist works with a group where each individual is given the opportunity to explore and express their feelings through painting or working with clay. No experience is required and all materials are provided throughout the course.
