YO- QI focuses on  integrating awareness-based movement and self-healing techniques derived from two of the most powerful and time tested mind-body-spirit practices today: yoga and qi-gong. Yo-Qi embodies traditional yoga through poses that you then enhance and amplify with the elegant flow of qi-gong movements.

Beginners are welcome to join, and experience this form of moving meditation that will allow your mind and body to sink into a state of relaxation.
