Our walking group meet every Thursday at 11am. We do a little warm up before starting our walk. The aim is to ensure everyone finds a level they are comfortable with and then gently improve our fitness as the time goes on. And of course, have fun and chats along the way! Both beginners and more experienced walkers are very welcome to join. If you are interested in joining our Walking Group, please contact the Centre.
